Rules & Regulations

1. All members must be registered IT professionals, developers, or electronics/networking business entities operating in Bengal.
2. Membership subscription fees must be cleared timely through the portal to maintain an Active Member status.
3. Members must adhere to professional ethics, fair trade practices, and maintain mutual respect within the community.
4. Any misuse of the official TAB membership certificate, fraudulent activity, or verified complaints will result in immediate termination of membership.
5. Profile update requests must be submitted with valid justifications and are subject to final approval by the administration panel.
Legal Compliance Declaration Notice: All registered business organizations and members are bound legally under the jurisdiction of the executive board committee. Failure to meet standard operating procedures or regular non-compliance will prompt review status and default suspension without fee returns.
